Return Policy We stand behind our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, we'll exchange it or credit you with purchase price. Certain restrictions Apply:
* No return on personalized items such as favors, printed invitations, altered dresses or food products.
* No return, but unlimited exchange on apparel. A $8 processing fee is applicable per exchange, no extra shipping or handling.
* All return or exchange must be claimed within 15 days of receiving merchandise.
Return Procedure of General Product:
If, for some reason, you would like to return a product other than apparel and personalized merchandise, please Contact Us for a return authorization number. The cost of merchandise will be refunded to your credit card within 7-15 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for return package that are lost or damaged during shipping. Return of product must be made within 15 days of receiving merchandise. No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
